How to find us

From the South
Follow the A1(M)and keep left at J65. Stay on the A1 and pass the Angel of the North on your right. Take the next slip road, sign posted Team Valley Retail World. Drop down to a round about and take the second exit, sign posted Lady Park. Follow the road round to the left and up the hill. Stay on the small country lane for about 1 mile and Park farm is on the right. 

From the North 
Follow the A1 past the Metro Centre and continue on until you reach a bend in carriageway with warning signs. After the bend take the next slip road sign posted Team Valley Retail World. Drop down to a round-about and keep right. Take the fifth exit sign posted Lady Park.Follow the road round to the left and up the hill. Stay on the small country lane for about 1 mile and Park Farm is on the right.
